What Data We Collect

When you submit a contact enquiry or a membership request, we collect the personal information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if collected), your organisation or institution, and the text of any message or query you submit.

Why We Collect It

We collect this information solely to:

• Respond to your direct enquiries and messages.
• Process and evaluate your membership or MoU requests.
• Send you programme updates and newsletters (only if you explicitly opt-in to receive them).

How Long We Keep It

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. Specifically:

• General Enquiries: Retained for 12 months from our last contact with you.
• Active Members: Retained for 24 months, after which it is deleted unless you remain an active, engaged member of the programme.

Who Has Access

Your data is strictly accessible only by authorized team members of the Applied National Security and Defence Technology Programme (ANSDT) and our parent organisation, The Impressionist Inc. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketers.

Data Storage

We process and store your information securely using Supabase as our data processor. Our database infrastructure is designed with modern encryption and access control (Row-Level Security) to ensure your data remains safe.

Your User Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request the erasure (deletion) of your personal data.
